Bespoke Corps, LLC (Bespoke) is looking for a qualified candidate to provide day-to-day onsite support to one of our valued Department of Defense (DoD) customers. We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in physical, personnel and facility security to include overarching inspections and secure facility certifications. The candidate must demonstrate knowledge of traditional security (i.e., personnel and facility security) concepts, principles, and practices sufficient to perform inspections and surveys, assess critical personnel qualifications, access and entry restrictions, and other issues influencing courses of action taken in resolving security questions and issues. Additionally, the candidate must be knowledgeable in current security equipment, devices, intrusion detection systems (physical), electronic communication protective systems, policies and directives, lock and key systems, to plan and control personnel movement and ensure all requirements are met or exceeded.
Demonstrated Experience (Minimum 5 years):

Provide support of the day-to-day operations of a US Government personnel and physical security program

Fluency in DoD and Intelligence Community (IC) personnel and physical security requirements, policies, directives, and instructions

Ability to interpret US Government policies and assist in the development and implementation of security plans and procedures, including security classification guides

Ability to collaborate well within a team construct
Other Skills/Qualifications:
-
Current TS security clearance with SCI access or have been granted SCI access within the past 24 months.

Completion of all DCSA required training necessary to obtain Defense Information Security System (DISS) access, and DISS administrator roles.

Demonstrated experience with implementing requirements stemming from policies such as the NISPOM, ICD 703/5, DoDM 5200.01, Volumes 1-4

Comprehensive understanding of the National Background Investigation System (NBIS)/Electronic Questionnaire for Investigation Processing (e-QIP) and DISS

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other collaboration tools
Academic Qualifications:

BS in computer science, engineering, cybersecurity, business, or a related field of study from an accredited institution. Demonstrated work experience equivalent to the academic qualifications will be considered
